Description
Nurses of the Future (NOTF) is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and support volunteers interested in healthcare, community service, education, and leadership.
Responsibilities include recruiting and welcoming new volunteers, helping place volunteers into departments, tracking participation, following up with inactive volunteers, maintaining volunteer records, and communicating with department managers.
This is a remote volunteer leadership position and is a great opportunity for students interested in nonprofit management, healthcare, leadership, or community service.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable and responsive
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Interested in healthcare, education, community service, or nonprofit work
- Previous leadership or volunteer experience is helpful but not required
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week.
