Description
The Order Selector will pull all orders and arrange in the storage shed in an orderly manner. Deliveries will alternate every other weekend. The route sheet for each order will be attached to the last bag so that the drivers can load last stop first. Names and stop number will neatly be written on each bag to ensure proper delivery. Any questions about an order will be directed to the Secretary. The Order Selector will be responsible for keeping the garage neat, clean and procuring supplies from the storage unit if needed. Notify pickups that orders are ready. Order Selector reports directly to the Vice President. Pickups may happen occasionally.
