PAWS, Philadelphia's largest animal rescue partner to ACCT Philly, hosts their 20th Annual Mutt Strut at The Navy Yard! It's a day of costume contests, prizes, live music, food trucks and a scenic dog walk. Join us at the Emancipet booth to help connect people and their pets to affordable and free vet care. No animal handling.
