Sing or Play Music? Bring enjoyment to those on Hospice in New Orleans!

Do you enjoy music? Do you like to sing? Do you play a musical instrument? Can you play music using a smartphone or CD player? You don't need a lot of talent or extensive experience! You just need to be willing to give time to someone receiving hospice care.

We appreciate a gifted musician, however, if you like to just play music or sing along you will still make a difference!

Music and singing bring comfort and companionship to all people but is so appreciated by those who are confined to their homes or a facility. They need you as a volunteer to provide enjoyment and a quality of life. Only an hour or two a week makes a difference in people’s lives.

We will train and support you every step of the way! Volunteers meet all sorts of people in hospice and each has a story and different circumstances. You will learn so much on how to enjoy the time you spend with them!
