    Position Summary

    The Research & Data Analytics Senior Advisor provides strategic guidance on the collection, analysis, and application of research and data to inform campaign decision-making. This role ensures data-driven insights support messaging, targeting, voter outreach, and overall campaign strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advise senior leadership on research and data analytics strategy
    • Oversee the use of polling, voter data, and analytics to guide campaign decisions
    • Ensure research findings are translated into actionable insights for communications and field teams
    • Collaborate with communications, digital, and field teams to support targeting and messaging
    • Review data methodologies for accuracy, reliability, and compliance
    • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
    • Support testing and evaluation of campaign messages and tactics
    • Promote data-driven decision-making across campaign departments
