    Volunteer Docent

    Help support the Kalaeloa Heritage and Legacy Foundation's mission to preserve and protect the historical, cultural, and archaeological landscape of the Kalaeloa Heritage Park. We are currently seeking self-motivated people who are interested in volunteering to become a docent and provide guided site tours of the Kalaeloa Heritage Park. New volunteers would join our experienced volunteers for the 8:30 am to 11:30 am morning shift.

    Docents lead small groups of visitors through the Park and share details about the various sites and historical, cultural, and archaeological features.

    No previous experience is necessary. Must be able to interact with visitors that range in age from kindergarteners to senior citizens. Volunteers would perform a maximum of two (2) site tours lasting approximately an hour at least three (3) times per week.
