Job Summary: The Marketing Director at Womenful Voice will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the organization's brand, expand its reach, and drive engagement. This role involves leading digital marketing efforts, overseeing social media management, and crafting compelling narratives that align with the organization's mission. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for supervising marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies to promote the organization’s mission and initiatives.
- Oversee branding, messaging, and communication efforts to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and digital campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive engagement and visibility.
- Manage and grow the organization's presence across digital and social media platforms.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with the organization's vision and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with social media management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Skilled in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and connect designs to messaging.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
- Previous experience in non-profit marketing is a significant advantage
