Volunteers Wanted for a Music Education Non-Profit

Opus 118 Harlem School of Music ( www.Opus118.org) provides high-quality music instruction in an environment that nurtures excellence and creativity. Students in the East Harlem community are served with tuition-free twice-weekly group violin instruction during regular school hours and subsidized private instruction for violin, viola, cello, guitar, and piano after school hours.

Bring your team together to make a real difference. Opus 118 offers flexible volunteer activities for organizations of all sizes. Help us impact hundreds of students and deliver while meeting your organization’s social impact goals.

Group Volunteering

• We are looking for teams of corporate volunteers to help fund and pack bags of music supplies for new students. By helping distribute crucial supplies like rosin, strings, and shoulder rests, you'll get the opportunity to support young students' introduction to arts education and build community with fellow volunteers.

High-Impact Sponsorships

• End-of-Year Concert Sponsorship: Partner with us for our annual showcase celebrating student achievement and musical excellence. Sponsorship directly underwrites performance logistics, venue costs, and student participation, offering high-visibility brand recognition across concert materials, digital programs, and event signage.

• Annual Program Sponsorship: Become a year-round benefactor for one of our core music initiatives. Your investment provides sustained funding while offering your organization priority access to volunteering opportunities.
