    Job Description:

    The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator/Manager role involves working directly on relationship-building, sponsorships, strategic collaborations, and community engagement efforts that can create real-world impact. You’ll help connect LandSeed with organizations, companies, professionals, and stakeholders who align with our mission. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and excited to help us build meaningful partnerships that support innovative housing and community initiatives across Canada.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Outreach & Relationship Support

    • Support outreach to potential partners and collaborators
    • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and next steps
    • Maintain partnership tracking and documentation

    Research & Alignment

    • Research potential partners and alignment opportunities
    • Support preparation for partnership conversations
    • Help track progress and outcomes

    Coordination & Communication

    • Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
    • Support clear, timely communication

    Required Experience / Skills:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
    • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

    Experience & Skills

    • Preferably 2+ years of relevant work experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Interest in partnerships, startups, community development, or social impact initiatives
    • Comfortable with outreach activities and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
    • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in execution of tasks
    • Professional experience in strategic marketing, narrative development, or mission-driven work is an added advantage.
