Description
(Un-Paid) Campus interns will support the activities of our Discover Campus; a collection of hands-on exhibits, gardens, and live animal ambassadors, allowing visitors to “taste nature." This experience will provide participants with a stronger understanding of the ongoing work required to engage the community in environmental education, and how to support the daily operations of a vibrant nature center.
Job duties may include:
- Animal handling and care
- Guest interaction and engagement
- Help open/close the campus
- Maintain, enhance, and create exhibits
- Create promotional materials and signage
