    Role Overview

    The Vice Chair supports the Board Chair and assumes responsibilities in their absence. This role helps ensure continuity of leadership and board effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Chair in board leadership duties
    • Step in to lead meetings when the Chair is unavailable
    • Assist in coordinating board initiatives
    • Support board development and engagement

    Qualifications

    • Prior leadership or board experience preferred
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
