Volunteer Mentor Opportunity – Daughters of Promise Mentorship Program

Sisters in Christ: Women of Purpose — Daughters of Promise

    Location: Remote

Commitment: Weekly or Biweekly Meetings | 6‑Month Program

    Compensation: Small Monthly Stipend

    About the Program

The Daughters of Promise Mentorship Program is a transformational, faith‑based initiative created to build purpose, birth promise, and strengthen sisterhood. We cultivate a community of women who are confident in their identity, equipped in their calling, and supported in their spiritual, emotional, and professional growth.

Mentors play a vital role in helping young girls and women rise into the fullness of who God created them to be.

    What Mentors Do

    • Meet with your assigned mentee weekly or biweekly (virtual or in person)
    • Provide Christ-centered guidance, prayer, and biblical encouragement
    • Support mentees in goal setting, emotional wellness, leadership, and identity
    • Offer accountability, wisdom, and consistent encouragement
    • Participate in monthly gatherings, workshops, and community events
    • Communicate with program leadership to ensure alignment and progress

    Program Pillars You’ll Support

    • Faith-Based Mentorship — Guiding mentees through biblical principles and spiritual growth
    • Personal Development — Helping them build confidence, emotional wellness, and leadership skills
    • Professional Growth — Encouraging career development, ministry preparation, and entrepreneurship
    • Community Connection — Strengthening sisterhood through shared experiences and service

    Who We’re Looking For

    Women who are:

    • Faith-driven and grounded in biblical values
    • Passionate about uplifting and empowering other women
    • Strong communicators and active listeners
    • Patient, empathetic, and consistent
    • Able to commit to weekly or biweekly mentorship sessions
    • Experienced in leadership, ministry, coaching, or personal development (helpful but not required)

    What You Gain

    • A meaningful opportunity to pour into the next generation of women
    • Leadership, coaching, and discipleship experience
    • A supportive sisterhood of purpose-driven women
    • Personal growth through service and community
    • A small monthly stipend as a token of appreciation for your commitment and consistency

    Who You’ll Serve

Mentees are young girls and women seeking direction, healing, growth, and transformation. They are ready to be poured into and committed to their journey of becoming.

    How to Apply
