    Description

    Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

    Daily Support & Communication

    • Answer incoming calls and return messages promptly
    • Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
    • Monitor, organize, and respond to emails as directed
    • Maintain clear, timely communication with the Founder and team

    Administrative & Technical Support

    • Create, edit, and organize digital documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure files are updated and stored properly
    • Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed
    • Assist with data entry, tracking tasks, and maintaining organizational documents
    • Support technical needs, including navigating various platforms, tools, and online forms

    Operational & Project Support

    • Assist with planning and coordinating events and community activities
    • Help with outreach efforts, including making outgoing calls to raise awareness and promote support for TGCN
    • Support volunteer coordination and follow-ups
    • Assist with completing forms, applications, and administrative tasks for programs, grants, and partnerships
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

    Independent & Remote Work

    • Work independently and manage time effectively
    • Follow directions carefully and execute tasks with accuracy
    • Complete remote assignments and update progress in a timely manner

    Representation & Professionalism

    • Represent the mission and values of TGCN with excellence
    • Communicate with kindness, patience, and professionalism
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold all policies, including signing a Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement
