Evangeline Inc. — Board of Directors (Multiple Seats Available)**

Location: Warner Robins, GA or Surrounding Areas (Hybrid/Virtual participation available)

Positions Available: All Board Member roles except Executive Director

Commitment: Bi-Monthly board meetings + committee service

Term Length: 2 years (renewable)

Compensation: Volunteer leadership role

Evangeline Inc. is seeking passionate, mission‑aligned leaders to join our Board of Directors. All board roles are currently open except the Executive Director seat, which is filled by the Founder and permanent Executive Director. We welcome individuals with experience in nonprofit leadership, community health, finance, fundraising, communications, DEI, governance, or related fields as well as emerging leaders who bring lived experience, community insight, and a commitment to equity.

Board members play a critical role in shaping strategy, ensuring accountability, supporting fundraising, and serving as ambassadors for our mission.

Open Board Roles

Candidates may be considered for one of the following leadership roles based on experience, interest, and board needs:

• Board Chair
• Vice Chair
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Parliamentarian
• Fundraising/Development Chair
• Governance Chair
• Communications Chair
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Chair
• General Board Member (At‑Large)

What Board Members Do

• All board members share core responsibilities, including:
• Providing strategic leadership and mission‑aligned guidance
• Participating in quarterly board meetings and committee work
• Supporting fundraising and donor engagement
• Ensuring financial and ethical stewardship
• Serving as ambassadors for Evangeline Inc. in the community
• Upholding the Duties of Care, Loyalty, and Obedience
