Description
BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of BluShues' website and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement the organization's web strategy to support ministry goals.
- Oversee the Web Developer and Designer and other web volunteers.
- Ensure the website remains secure, functional, accessible, and up to date.
- Coordinate the development of new website features and online resources.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with communications, outreach, and fundraising teams to support campaigns and events.
- Ensure all web content reflects BluShues' mission, values, and brand standards.
- Develop website policies, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare reports on website performance and digital initiatives for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience leading web development projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of website management systems and content management platforms.
- Understanding of web accessibility, security, and user experience principles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with volunteer teams is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
