VOLUNTEER AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Hello Especially Needed Volunteers!

We need volunteers for our Saturday 3/28 at 11am, 12pm or 1:15pm for an Egg Hunt in Frisco TX (families arrive later).

CURRENT OPEN VOLUNTEER SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:

• Pre-Event Volunteer Stuff Eggs at your home 3/24-3/27 (Tues-Fri)
• Volunteers Pre-Event Load Truck 11am-12pm
• Volunteers Event Setup, 12pm-1:45pm
• Event Volunteers LEAD, 12:15pm-5pm
• Volunteers Egg Distribution & Stuffing, 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Easter Bunny & Helper, 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Wear Bunny Costume, 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Photographers, 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Registration Desk, 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Help with Booth/Games 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Parking Directors 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Event Shift, 1:15pm-4:30pm
• Volunteers Post-Event Load Truck 4pm-5pm

Help us put on one of the largest Easter Egg Hunts for individuals with special needs. Especially Needed can't host such a fun and exciting event without the assistance of amazing volunteers like you!

As always, our event is filled with fun activities for the families. We will have games, a bounce houses, face painting, a balloon artist, a resource fair and much more!

Ready to be a part of the magic this year? Deadline to register is Friday 3/27/2025. We have several volunteer shifts available and know that every single role is vital to the success of the event. There are a couple of things to consider before signing up to volunteer:

• We ask that all volunteers are 14 and up. We ask that any students that require written validation of their volunteer hours seek out our volunteer coordinator after your volunteer shift is over so we can sign your paperwork.

1. Be aware of the weather - you are signing up for a shift outside and if it is cold or warm, please dress appropriately. Please wear closed-toed shoes and/or anything else you may need to be comfortable.
2. Honor your commitment - we need all hands on deck during the entire shift.
3. Bring a positive attitude - it's a fun event and a beautiful day to be a part of!
4. Be ready to work, have fun and make a difference with Especially Needed!
