Program Structure:
Phase 1: Training (3 Months)
Begin your journey with three months of immersive training that introduces you to global development, cultural understanding, and sustainable practices. This phase blends hands-on learning with practical workshops designed to help you build valuable skills — including teamwork, community living, leadership, and project management. It’s a supportive space to reset, learn, and step confidently into something new.
Phase 2: Project Work (6 Months)
For six months, you’ll live and work in your project country, putting your newly developed skills into action. You’ll collaborate on long-term community projects in areas like education, health, sustainable agriculture, and climate resilience. Phase 2 is where you gain meaningful, real-world experience — the kind that strengthens your confidence, broadens your perspective, and adds depth to your next career step.
Phase 3: Reflection & Evaluation (1 Month)
Your final month focuses on reflection and growth. You’ll look back on your impact, evaluate lessons learned and gain clarity on how this experience can shape your future. It’s your time to reflect on everything you’ve gained — personally, professionally, and globally — as you prepare for your next chapter.
