    Companionship Volunteer

    Companionship Volunteer

    Help older adults in your community! Volunteers provide social connections to older adults who are isolated and feeling lonely. Time together includes in-person visits, phone calls, and fun outings. Sometimes having a friend can make all the difference!

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 21 or older, 26 or older to drive with companion
    • Have a reliable vehicle with a current driver's license and auto insurance
    • Pass a background and reference check and have a clean motor vehicle record

    TIME COMMITMENT:

    1 - 3 hours each week

    Volunteers are matched with members based on location and shared interests
