Sponsorship & Donor Outreach Volunteer – Heartbreak to Hope Foundation

The Heartbreak to Hope Foundation is seeking a motivated and outgoing volunteer to assist with sponsorship outreach and donor development for our inaugural fundraising initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit fundraising, business development, or community engagement who wants to make a direct impact while gaining real-world experience.

The primary focus will be helping secure sponsors and donors for our upcoming Heartbreak to Hope Golf Scramble, as well as supporting ongoing fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities may include:

• Identifying and researching potential sponsors and donors

• Assisting with outreach via email, phone, or in-person networking

• Supporting partnership development with local businesses

• Helping track outreach and responses

• Collaborating on creative fundraising ideas and initiatives

This is a flexible, primarily remote role with optional in-person opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. Volunteers will work closely with the foundation’s leadership and gain hands-on experience in building partnerships and growing a nonprofit organization.

Ideal candidates are:

• Strong communicators who are comfortable reaching out to businesses

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Interested in nonprofit work, fundraising, or business development

• Located in or near the Tampa Bay area (preferred but not required)
