Become a Transition Coach for Youth in Foster Care

Help young people aging out of foster care successfully step into adulthood. As a Transition Coach, you’ll mentor and guide youth (ages 14+) as they create transition plans, explore education and career options, and build the skills they need for independence.

A caring adult can make all the difference for a youth who may not have consistent support. By meeting just twice a month, you can help them set goals, stay motivated, and navigate life’s next steps.
