Office Support Volunteer Needed

Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner

Filing, organizing, and maintaining confidential documents

Preparing admission packets and assembling informational materials

Assisting with data entry and document scanning

Supporting mailings, copying, and general office organization

Pulling supply orders and preparing the orders for pick up

Assisting with special projects as assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator or Administrative Team

Helping prepare materials for staff meetings or interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and automotive insurance, if traveling to make patient visits.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Volunteers are not paid employees and do not receive compensation for their time.
• Currently assisting individuals in the Chicago Western Suburbs.
