Real Work. Real Training. Real Experience. Greater Employability.

Help build professional people systems while gaining practical experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, documentation, and workforce development.

You will work on real projects while receiving hands-on, on-the-job training.

    What You May Work On

    • Support recruiting by maintaining internship and volunteer descriptions, postings, applicant records, and interview schedules.
    • Assist with onboarding, orientation, training plans, supervisor check-ins, and development milestones.
    • Maintain applicant, participation, evaluation, and HR documentation.
    • Research university internship programs, workforce-development partnerships, and community placement opportunities.

As your skills grow, your responsibility will grow.

    What You Can Learn

Human Resources • Recruiting • Applicant Tracking • Onboarding • Training & Development • People Operations • Workforce Development • HR Documentation

You will also receive practical exposure to AI-assisted business tools for research, organization, quality control, project management, and productivity, while learning when human judgment and review are essential.

Our goal is that after six successful months, you are more employable than when you arrived and can point to meaningful professional accomplishments on your résumé.

    Who Should Apply

A strong fit may be an HR, business, organizational-leadership, psychology, public-administration, or workforce-development student—or someone interested in helping people grow professionally.

Applicants should be dependable, teachable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and willing to receive constructive feedback. You are not expected to know everything already—the purpose is to learn through meaningful work.

    Supervision & Development

Interns receive orientation, defined assignments, regular supervision, feedback, and periodic check-ins. As skills grow, responsibility can grow. Academic-credit requirements can be coordinated with eligible schools when available.
