    Description

Parkwood Farms Therapy Center is a 501-3c non-profit organization that provides Equine Assisted Activities & therapeutic Riding for children with Special Needs.

We are in search of a person having experience working with Non-Profit organizations and their accounting needs...more specifically 2 year audit of financials. You must be familiar with IRS laws and regulation regarding Non-Profits.

We currently have an accountant providing services that include reconciling books on a monthly or quarterly basis, preparation of annual 990s. Our books are up-to-date with the IRS with filing 990's and monthly reconciliation for more than 3 years required to complete task.

We are now in need of a person to donate their time and expertise to conduct audits on 2 years of financials in order to open up our options and become more competitive in Grant writing and funding.

If you would like to be part of an organization that makes a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate, and have the requisite experience, please consider joining our volunteer team.
