    Description

    4 Miles 4 Water Run/Walk Fundraiser

This is Drink Local Drink Tap's 13th annual 4 Miles 4 Water! But why 4 Miles you ask? It's the average distance someone walks to collect water every day throughout the world. This is not just another run, it's a unique event that combines environmental and social justice with water education activities and fundraising opportunities, as well as a lot of fun! This event helps support DLDT's many programs related to water equity and stewardship, which include beach cleanups, environmental education for youth, and drilling wells in Uganda. Lots of volunteer positions are runner/walker friendly- meaning you can both volunteer and run/walk in 4 Miles 4 Water.
