    Powered By Love is a people-powered nonprofit committed to uplifting unhoused and marginalized communities by providing essential resources, such as hygiene supplies, clean water, school supplies, clothing, and food, with dignity and compassion. Through our approach of “love in action,” we address everyday needs, inspire hope, and promote lasting change with a strong commitment to social justice.

    The Mission

    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Inventory Volunteer to help us manage the essential resources that fuel our outreach. This role is Powered By Love and is critical for ensuring that every donation and supply is accounted for, organized, and ready to reach those who need it most. Your work in maintaining our physical and digital inventory will directly support our efficiency, fundraising transparency, and overall mission impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Physical Inventory Management: Take the lead on counting and sorting hygiene supplies, clothing, food, and other essential resources.
    • Digital Tracking: Perform accurate inventory input into Zoho Inventory to maintain a professional, real-time record of our assets (training will be provided).
    • Logistical Support: Organize the storage facility to ensure high-impact, clean, and professional workspace standards.
    • Quality Control: Assist in the preparation of supply kits and donation batches, ensuring all items meet our standards of dignity and compassion.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to translate operational goals into a streamlined, efficient supply chain.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Must demonstrate a strong sense of order, layout, and systematic thinking for physical spaces.
    • Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable learning and efficiently using the Zoho Inventory platform for data management.
    • Physical Capability: Ability to lift and move boxes or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
    • Local Commitment: Must be located in Phoenix, Arizona, and able to commit to 5 hours per week.
    • Growth Mindset: Creative and able to improve organizational systems; this role offers a pathway to potential stipend or full-time employment as funding allows.
