Legal & Case Management Roles
Lead Attorney / General Counsel
- Oversees all legal strategy, ensures compliance with state bar regulations, reviews case merit before filing
- Should specialize in securities fraud, civil litigation, bankruptcy/trustee matters, or corporate misconduct
Staff Attorneys
- Handle individual cases from intake through resolution
- May specialize in areas like whistleblower claims, SEC violations, embezzlement recovery, or contract disputes
Paralegals / Legal Assistants
- Manage documentation, coordinate discovery requests, draft motions, communicate with clients
- Essential for scaling caseloads efficiently
Case Intake Coordinators
- First point of contact for whistleblowers, victims, or reporters
- Triage incoming tips, conduct initial credibility assessments, document allegations systematically
