    Description

    OVERVIEW

The Sirovich Center is launching a monthly fresh produce distribution, but volunteer support is what makes this program possible. We cannot offer this support to our community without your help! This program can only take place if we have enough support.

This is an in-person volunteer opportunity, held on the third Wednesday of each month. Volunteers will help to receive donated fresh fruits and vegetables, then package the produce for distribution to the community.

By lending a hand, you'll play an important role in helping ensure our older adult members have access to fresh, healthy food each month.

APPLY TO BE A VOLUNTEER IF YOU...

    • Are comfortable interacting with older adults and members of the community.
    • Are able to assist with sorting, organizing, and moving boxes of fresh produce.
    • Are comfortable practicing safe food handling techniques.

    HOW TO GET STARTED:

Register here via CERVIS, and we'll see you on the third Wednesday of the month!

Thank you in advance for your support!
