Description
Event Setup & Breakdown Volunteer: Woodstock, GA
Help set up a free community job fair. Two short shifts a month.
Goodwill of North Georgia’s Woodstock Career Center hosts a free monthly Career & Resource Fair that connects job seekers with hiring employers and local resources. We need hands-on volunteers to set the room up the day before and reset it when the event ends.
What you’ll do:
- Monday setup: Arrange tables, chairs, table covers, and signs so everything is ready when doors open.
- Tuesday breakdown: Help employers pack up, then break down and store tables and supplies.
When: Monthly, the Monday before the third Tuesday, 3–4:30pm (setup), and the third Tuesday, 1–2pm (breakdown). Sign up for one shift or both.
Where: 9425 Hwy 92, Suite 142, Woodstock, GA 30188 (Cherokee County)
Why serve with us: Short, flexible shifts. Great for groups, families, and community service hours. Some lifting required.
