Train Crew volunteers play a critical role in safely operating trains, assisting passengers, and preserving the Museum’s living railroad history. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in learning railroad operations in a structured, safety-focused environment.

Train Crew volunteering follows a progressive qualification system, allowing volunteers to build skills and responsibility over time. New volunteers typically begin in entry-level roles and may advance as training and experience are completed.
