Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to produce compelling video content that supports our mission and engages global audiences. This role will be responsible for editing interviews, documentaries, social media content, promotional videos, educational programming, and other multimedia projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical editing skills with a passion for storytelling and the ability to transform raw footage into polished, engaging content.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit video content for digital, social media, educational, and promotional platforms.
• Collaborate with producers, writers, designers, and content creators to develop compelling visual stories.
• Assemble raw footage, graphics, music, and effects into polished final productions.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and organizational messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Optimize video content for various platforms and audience formats.
• Maintain organized media libraries and project files.
• Stay current with video editing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Experience editing professional video content for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
• Experience with motion graphics, color correction, and audio enhancement is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for mission-driven storytelling and impactful media.
