Celebrate Earth Day by planting Apple Trees!!!
Apple orchards play a vital role in maintaining a healthy environment by supporting biodiversity, mitigating climate change, conserving water, and purifying the air. They also promote sustainable agriculture, support local food systems, and contribute to food security through eco-friendly practices.
Join us for a community apple tree planting event! We'll be planting 108 apple trees to help green our space and support local ecosystems. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or a first-time planter, all are welcome to participate
Volunteer Event + Free Lunch & Learn - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
- All age groups are welcome
- Gloves, collection bags and tools will be provided
- Bring your own water bottles to avoid plastic waste.
- Exciting activities like seed bombs and more for kids
- Training provided is required during each shift
- Optional: Sponsor a tree for just $25
- Optional to bring shovels, wheelbarrows, tarp
