Seeds 4 Success is seeking passionate mentors to support youth in Annapolis! Our programs serve elementary, middle, and high school students from low-income households, helping them build confidence, develop academic skills, and prepare for bright futures.
As a mentor, you will meet with your mentee 1–2.5 hours per week after-school hours to provide guidance, encouragement, and academic support. We match volunteers with students based on age, personality, and interests, ensuring meaningful and lasting connections.
No prior mentoring or teaching experience is required—we provide training, resources, and ongoing staff support to set you up for success. A background check is part of the process, reviewed case by case.
