    Description

    Animal Care

    Mammals: We are looking for a volunteer who would like to be trained to feed and care for our resident small mammals on Wednesday. Work involves feeding, watering, and cleaning the animals' enclosures.

    Time required: about 20-30 minutes weekly.

    Chickens: We are looking for a volunteer who would like to be trained to feed and care for our resident chickens on Monday morning. Work involves feeding, watering, and cleaning the animals' enclosures, as well as letting them out for the day or putting them away for the night.

    Time required: about 20-30 minutes weekly.

    Because formal training will be provided by our Animal Care team, we are seeking volunteers who are able to provide us with a long-term commitment.

    All volunteers are required to fill out a Volunteer Application. A background check is mandatory for all adults prior to the start of volunteer service.
