    About the Role:

    We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, compassionate, and service-oriented Customer Care (volunteer) to help us provide exceptional support to our community. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance, information, or guidance. This role is 100% email- and chat-based. Your empathy, patience, and communication skills will help ensure a positive experience for everyone we serve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain marketable experience.

    • You ideally have one year of experience supporting online businesses in customer care/service capacity.

    • You have 2+ years of experience with customer care (education, volunteer, or professional).
    • You have worked with customer relationship management platforms (CRMs).
    • You have prior knowledge of the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction documents.
    • You have experience in the health care design and construction industry.
