Long Term Care Ombudsman Program provides opportunities to become a Volunteer Ombudsman Representative (VOR) and serve as an advocate for residents in long-term care facilities by visiting with residents, protecting residents’ rights, and helping resolve complaints related to care, dignity, and quality of life.
