    Description

    Game Developer - Electronic Role-Playing Game (eRPG) Software Developer [Opensource] [Volunteer]

    We are looking for a Volunteer Game Developer to bring their programming and game design skills to our eRPG project (which is designed for Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) users). This project primarily uses GoDot and GDScript, but also some Python, JavaScript, JSON, CSV, XML, SQL, and databases. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other designers, programmers, and producers, and other highly motivated volunteers, working collaboratively together through the entire coding process from initial concept scoping, through prototyping, Agile iterations, to final product. If you’re a developer looking for a role that offers creative challenges and growing your experience with accessible gaming, we want to hear from you!

    • *This is an unpaid volunteer position. We are not able to accommodate the requirements for sponsorship, H1B, STEM OPT or other Visa support opportunities.

    Expectations for this position include:

    • Two hours a week to meet with other developers
    • Monthly code contributions
    • A minimum 6 month commitment
