Behavioral Health Admissions Manager - Professional Volunteer

ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

The SpreadYourHeart Organization is seeking an ambitious, empathetic, and results-driven Behavioral Health Admissions Manager - Professional Volunteer to lead client enrollment, B2B contract acquisition, and scheduling optimization for our Peer Support Circles and mental health programs.

In this pivotal growth role, you will be directly responsible for turning community interest into paid bookings, securing sponsored contracts with local organizations, and driving the monthly revenue surpluses needed to sustain and scale our behavioral health specialists and community mental wellness programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and achieve monthly registration targets for individual appointments, private group sessions, and recurring wellness packages.
• Pitch and secure sponsored or contracted peer support programs with corporate wellness plans, small businesses, local universities, community centers, and municipal partners.
• Promptly follow up on all inbound inquiries, event QR code scans, web forms, and social media leads to convert interested community members into active, scheduled participants.
• Serve as the primary admissions contact, guiding prospective clients and partners through the enrollment process.
• Manage facilitator rosters, room/virtual link bookings, and attendance tracking to maximize circle capacity and operational efficiency.
• Execute post-session follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and multi-session package renewals to build a predictable, recurring participant base.
• Collaborate with SYH leadership to track monthly revenue and facilitator compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, healthcare/behavioral health admissions, wellness program enrollment, non-profit business development, or account management.
• Proven ability to communicate with deep warmth, active listening, and high ethical standards when discussing mental health and wellness resources.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Clean criminal background.
