Are you a Google Workspace whiz with a knack for keeping digital chaos in check? Do you love organizing docs, managing access, and creating smooth systems that help teams actually work together? Then we’ve got the perfect gig for you!

We're on the hunt for a Google Workspace Manager to keep our backend operations running like a well-tuned guitar. You’ll help set up and maintain files, emails, calendars, access permissions, and overall Workspace magic to support our growing creative team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all things Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar-you know the vibe.
• Organize and maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and sharing permissions.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of team members with email and access setup.
• Coordinate with teams to create efficient workflows using Google tools.
• Be available for team meetings in the Eastern Time Zone (but work from anywhere in the world!).

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Google Workspace (admin knowledge is a big plus!)
• A love for systems, structure, and smooth operations
• Ability to teach and support others with basic Workspace tools
• Bonus points if you love music or the creative industry!
