    Description

    Animal Assisted Therapy Teams

We are currently welcoming Animal-Assisted Therapy Dog and Cat Teams to support patients, families, and staff at OHSU’s main hospital and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Our teams provide comfort and connection in both public and patient-care spaces, making a meaningful impact every day.

We make volunteering easy by working around your schedule, with opportunities available seven days a week during morning, afternoon, and evening hours. Whether you’re looking to visit weekly or bi-weekly, we have flexible placements ready for you.

If you and your animal partner are certified through an Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) certifying agency and are seeking a welcoming, high-impact place to volunteer, we would love to connect.
