Description
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls. emails, and provide friendly assistance
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
- Help with inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Keep records of scheduled events and follow-ups
- Provide a positive experience for every caller

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using scheduling tools or willing to learn
- Available for a few hours each week (flexible schedule), answer and return call in a timely manner
