Description
The Helpline Support Advocate provides confidential, compassionate support to individuals impacted by domestic violence. This role responds to helpline calls, texts, and chats with calm, care, and professionalism, offering emotional support and connecting individuals to appropriate resources. The advocate assists callers with personalized safety planning that addresses both immediate concerns and long-term needs, helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions at their own pace.
