By keeping our organizational knowledge clear, secure, and easily accessible, we enable our mentors and leaders to focus on what matters most: supporting our youth.

    Position Overview

Are you passionate about information architecture, digital organization, and keeping systems running smoothly? We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Knowledge & Information Management Coordinator to optimize our digital workspace. In this role, you will help design and maintain our filing systems, manage document metadata, and ensure our team can find critical information in seconds.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

    • Information Architecture: Organize, classify, and register incoming documents, program materials, and operational records within our central Google Workspace.
    • Metadata & Indexing: Develop and apply consistent tagging, folder structures, and naming conventions to optimize drive searchability.
    • Knowledge Audit & Quality Control: Perform routine system audits to prevent duplicate records, manage file permissions, and ensure compliance with archiving protocols.
    • Workflow Support: Assist cross-functional volunteer teams by creating simple submission guides and helping them navigate the digital repository efficiently.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

    • Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with Google Drive, cloud storage systems, and digital file management.
    • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for consistency, clarity, and systematic structures.
    • Reliable Communicator: Able to dedicate 5–10 hours weekly and proactively share progress updates with the Operations team.
    • Mission-Driven: Eager to leverage technical and organizational skills to build a solid foundation for youth mentorship programs.

    What You Will Gain

    • Practical experience in digital asset management, information systems, and non-profit operations.
    • Complete schedule flexibility around your career, studies, or personal routine.
    • The opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team driving meaningful, community-level social impact.
