LoopRoots Foundation is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to removing barriers for individuals and families through transportation assistance, housing and reentry support, workforce development, youth services, survivor services, and community-based initiatives. As we expand across multiple states, we are building innovative transportation solutions that increase access to employment, education, healthcare, and long-term stability.

    Position Overview

LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Community Partnerships & Mobility Programs Coordinator to develop strategic partnerships that expand transportation opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.

This volunteer will lead outreach to rental car companies, dealerships, vehicle manufacturers, fleet providers, financial institutions, insurance companies, and community organizations to help build affordable mobility solutions, including rental assistance, rent-to-own vehicle programs, donated vehicles, and discounted transportation options.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Research and develop partnerships with rental car companies and vehicle leasing providers.
    • Identify opportunities to establish rent-to-own vehicle programs for eligible clients.
    • Build relationships with automobile dealerships, manufacturers, fleet management companies, and transportation organizations.
    • Research vehicle donation and low-cost vehicle acquisition programs.
    • Explore partnerships with financial institutions to expand affordable vehicle financing opportunities.
    • Develop relationships with insurance providers that support affordable vehicle ownership.
    • Identify grant, sponsorship, and in-kind donation opportunities related to transportation and mobility.
    • Coordinate partnership meetings and maintain detailed records within Zoho CRM.
    • Collaborate with organizational leadership to develop innovative transportation initiatives that remove barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.
    • Support additional community partnership initiatives that strengthen LoopRoots Foundation's programs and services.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in business development, partnership development, sales, account management, nonprofit development, or community engagement.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent research and organizational abilities.
    • Comfortable conducting outreach through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
    • Experience using CRM systems is preferred but not required.
    • Passion for expanding transportation access and creating opportunities for underserved communities.

    What You'll Gain

    • Experience building national partnerships.
    • Direct involvement in developing innovative transportation programs.
    • Professional networking with leaders across multiple industries.
    • Leadership experience within a rapidly growing nonprofit organization.
    • Letter of recommendation based on performance.
    • Opportunity for future leadership and paid positions as the organization grows.

    Time Commitment

    Our Mission

LoopRoots Foundation works to remove barriers and create opportunities through transportation, housing, workforce development, youth services, survivor support, food access, and community partnerships. We believe that reliable transportation is one of the most important pathways to employment, independence, and long-term success.

This position is much more strategic than a typical partnership role. The primary goal is to help LoopRoots build a sustainable mobility network that includes rental assistance, rent-to-own vehicle pathways, donated vehicles, fleet partnerships, and other transportation solutions that can directly benefit clients and, where appropriate, staff and volunteers.
