    Description

    Do you love supporting elderly? Do you have an extra hour or two a week? Volunteering for an hour or two a week with a hospice patient brings comfort, support, companionship, and joy to their lives.

    Provide peace to those facing end of life! Become a friendly visitor to a Hospice companion and make their days a little brighter :). Play games, watch movies, listen to music (or provide your own music) or just lend an ear as they share stories from their life!

    We serve individuals at various care communities or in their homes through out the Tacoma area. Once you complete the Volunteer Training and Orientation we will match and intreoduce you to a patient in your area. Vistis can be worked around your schedule and close to you.
