Light The Night Seattle

At Light The Night, we gather as a community to celebrate, honor, and remember those touched by cancer. Friends, families, schools, corporate teams, and sponsors join together to bring light to the darkness of cancer. The funds raised by this community fund lifesaving research, advocacy and support for blood cancer patients and their families.

Volunteer Roles:

To bring our walk to life, we require the support of:

• 50 event support volunteers from 5-8:30
• 10 clean up volunteers from 8:30-9:30

Event Location: Seattle Center, 305 Harrison St Seattle, WA 98109

Parking Logistics: There is no dedicated Light The Night parking lot at Seattle Center. Participants are encouraged to utilize nearby public parking options and allow additional time for parking and walking to the event site.

Recommended Parking Option: Amazon Apollo Garage at 325 9th Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

Approximately a 10-minute walk to Seattle Center. Daily parking rates vary based on demand and time of arrival.

Mercer Street Garage at 650 3rd Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

5th Avenue North Garage at 516 Harrison St, Seattle, WA 98109

Standard Seattle Center parking rates are currently:

$6.00 (0-1 hour), $13.00 (1-2 hours), $15.00 (2-12 hours), $30.00 (12-24 hours)

Event parking rates typically range from $20-$45, depending on demand and other events occurring on campus.

Nearby street parking (subject to City of Seattle regulations and availability)

Surface lots surrounding Seattle Center

Free street parking may be available in surrounding neighborhoods approximately 8-10 minutes from Seattle Center, though availability is not guaranteed.
