    Roller Derby Bout Medics

⛑️ Join the Trackside Action: Become a Bout Medic with the Rose City Rollers! ⛑️

The Rose City Rollers, the largest roller derby league in the world, hosts 90+ games every year - and we can’t do it without an incredible team of Bout Medics. If you’re a medical professional seeking a fun and fast-paced volunteer opportunity, we’d love to have you trackside with us!

Our Bout Medics work in teams of two, with all supplies provided. You’ll have the best seats in the Hangar, right next to the action, while providing medical support to: Skaters, Event staff, and Fans

This role is essential to keeping our community safe while enjoying the sport we all love.

You must hold one of the following certifications:

    • ATC (Certified Athletic Trainer)
    • CFR (Certified First Responder)
    • EMT-A, EMT-B, or EMT-P
    • Nurse (NP, LPN, RN)
    • Medical Doctor (MD)

Orthopedic or emergency medicine experience is a bonus!

As a Bout Medic, you’ll receive:

    • A +1 to every game - including closed games
    • Trackside seats (the absolute best view!)
    • Snacks to keep you fueled

If you’re interested in joining our Medic Team, send an email to volunteer@rosecityrollers.com with a brief summary of your relevant experience.

Come be part of the excitement - and help keep our athletes rolling safely!
