Volunteer Opportunity: American Descendant Business Outreach Ambassador

95 Counties is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic American Descendant Business Outreach Ambassador to help us identify, engage, and uplift American Descendant–owned businesses across Los Angeles. This volunteer role will play an essential role in strengthening community pride, visibility, and support for legacy American Descendant Owned businesses by delivering free American Descendant Owned storefront stickers and building relationships with business owners.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with American Descendant–Owned Businesses: Visit and connect with local businesses to introduce yourself, share its purpose, and build trust with owners.
• Distribute Storefront Stickers: Provide each verified business with a complimentary American Descendant Owned sticker for their storefront to proudly display their heritage and identity.
• Track & Document Businesses: Help maintain an updated list of participating businesses, noting contact information, location, and engagement status.
• Strengthen Community Bonds: Support the mission to ensure American Descendant businesses receive the recognition, love, and longevity they deserve.
• Report Insights: Communicate regularly with the 95 Counties team about new connections, community needs, and opportunities for deeper support.

Compensation

This is an unpaid volunteer position. As our fundraising grows, the possibility for stipends or paid outreach roles may become available.
