    Location: Remote Support

    Time Commitment: 3–5 hours per week

    📅 Calendar & Partnerships Coordinator

    ✨ Role Snapshot

    Keep the Ambassador Program organized, connected, and flowing smoothly by managing calendars, guest speakers, and basic logistics.

    🧩 What You’ll Do

    • Maintain the Ambassador Program calendar
    • Coordinate guest speakers and partners
    • Confirm dates, times, and expectations
    • Support light logistics and communication

    🎯 Why It Matters

    When adults show up prepared and aligned, youth feel respected and valued. This role protects the youth experience.
