CEO Roundtable Facilitator
MBMentors.org is an all volunteer 501(c)3 organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners start, run and grow their businesses. We actively helping small businesses through our free service offerings. Our volunteers are passionate and committed, driving impactful change throughout Minnesota.
Join us in leading engaging discussions that inspire business leaders to connect, learn, and grow! We are looking for dynamic Roundtable Facilitators to guide small groups of small business owners through insightful conversations. As a facilitator, you’ll be instrumental in fostering meaningful networking, problem-solving, and skill-building among peers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and guide roundtable discussions, ensuring a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Encourage open dialogue, exchange of ideas, and collaborative problem-solving
- Keep conversations productive and respectful
- Summarize key insights and action items after each session
- Help create an environment where business leaders can thrive and learn from each other
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in facilitating group discussions or meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain focus
- Comfortable with documenting meeting outcomes and follow-ups
Time Commitment:
- 1/2 day per month for roundtable meetings (same day each month) for 10 months. Off in August and December
- Additional 1/4 day per month for administrative work
