Please attend the volunteer orientation meeting on September 24th, 2026 from 5pm-6:30 pm at 709 James St. Syracuse, NY 13203. Here we will go over expectations for volunteers and give everyone a chance to get to know each other!

Description
Marketing table
Volunteers receive a free ticket to the concert. Assist The Syracuse Orchestra staff at the welcome table by the box office (lower level) or marketing table at the top of the escalator (orchestra level) by passing out concert programs to subscribers, answering patron questions, distributing marketing materials, and generally helping patrons to feel welcome and comfortable in the setting. Staff will be available for training and to assist. Total volunteer hours: (2 hours - pre-concert and during intermission).
